REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY)
- MINIMUM ONE YEAR VERIFIABLE OPEN DECK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- MUST HAVE FLATBED OR STEPDECK EXPERIENCE – NO DRY VAN OR REEFER
- TWO YEARS TOTAL VERIFIABLE CDL A EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- CLEAN MVR REQUIRED
- MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH (READING AND SPEAKING)
- TWIC CARD PREFERRED
- MUST BE ABLE TO LOAD, SECURE, AND TARP FREIGHT WITHOUT ASSISTANCE

Position Details
- OTR position hauling freight in all 48 states
- Out 3 weeks with 3 to 5 days home time
- This is not a local or regional position
Pay
- Drivers earn 27 to 30 percent of truck gross revenue based on experience
- Average weekly gross of 2,500 to 4,500
- Pay rate review after 90 days based on productivity
Job Duties
- Hauling equipment and vehicle loads
- Driver is responsible for safe loading, securement, tarping, and delivery
- This position is for experienced open deck drivers only
Equipment
- 2022 and newer Volvo 760, Mack, and Kenworth trucks
- Inverters, refrigerators, microwaves, and printers
- PrePass, EZ Pass, and ELD provided
