COMPETITIVE PAY Base pay: .65-.70 cpm for new drivers. Where you are on that scale depends on experience. Weekly mileage target: 2,500 .02 cpm safety bonus paid quarterly $2,000 sign-on bonus ($500 paid four times during first year) Annual retention bonus 50% 401k match up to 3% of gross wages Weekly pay by direct deposit HOME-TIME AS YOU WISH Want to be home on the weekends? • 2 Years of recent tractor trailer driving experience • No more than 3 moving violations in the previous 3 years • Not cited for a D.O.T. defined accident in the previous 5 years • No serious offenses in the previous 5 years or pattern of unsafe practices |
