We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Account Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time, in-office mid-level role responsible for managing day-to-day customer accounts using company-owned equipment and drivers while supporting service performance and account growth.
Logistics Account Manager role. $50K–$65K + bonus. Customer-facing, fast-paced operations. Growth opportunity with stable carrier.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned freight customers
- Manage daily load updates, service issues, schedule changes, and customer requests
- Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, safety, maintenance, and billing teams
- Support onboarding of new customers, lanes, and service requirements
- Monitor on-time pickup and delivery performance
- Assist with issue resolution related to delays, detention, and service failures
- Help ensure accurate billing, rate compliance, and accessorial recovery
- Maintain customer SOPs, lane details, and account documentation
- Escalate operational or customer concerns as needed
