Halo Logistics, a fast-growing logistics company, has an opportunity in Wichita, KS. We are seeking professional, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals who enjoy driving, picking up, and delivering medical equipment.
Includes non-taxable mileage pay for miles driven.

Compensation Description ( Calculated on a 5 day workweek) :
- $845-$1150 plus per week, includes the following
- $720-$800 weekly hourly wages
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week ( avg. 8 hours per day ) even if shifts end early.
- $125-350 minimum weekly mileage reimbursement
- Seventy-two and one-half cents per mile beyond weekly average of 100 miles per day.
- $4.20 for mobile phone usage

- Unlike contractor roles, employee drivers do not pay fees, self-employment taxes, business licenses, or other business-related expenses-often resulting in savings of $100 or more per week.

- Overtime for hours worked over 8 per day
- Wages paid weekly.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload light cargo, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport.
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic regulations and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
Skills
- Strong ability to load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Knowledge of route driving techniques and local area navigation is beneficial.
