Job Description
|
CDL A Local Home Daily Truck Driver
First Fleet’s Mesquite, TX location is looking for a local day cab driver that will be home daily.

Pay:
- $21.00 per hour
- Overtime pays over 40 hours (Average 10-15 hours overtime per week)
- Drivers average $1250+ per week
- Quarterly Safety & Fuel Bonus program
Job Responsibilities:
- Home daily
- Schedules available: Mon-Fri and every other Saturday (required as needed)
- 2 AM to 6 AM start times
- Deliver within a 250-mile radius of starting point/yard
- Running Dallas/Waco, East TX, Houston, San Antonio, and/or Austin
- Late model Volvo & International Day Cabs

Job Requirements
|
As a CDL driver for FirstFleet, you must be dependable and a safety-minded professional, with a commitment to providing our customers the best possible service
- Must possess a Class A CDL from the state of residence
- Must have 1 year Tractor/Trailer Experience
- Must have no chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past three years
- Driving/Safety record must meet FirstFleet minimum requirements
- No DUI/DWI, drug or alcohol related convictions within past 5 years
- No careless or reckless driving convictions within past 5 years the applicant must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English, and have the ability to understand the policies and regulations of FirstFleet, the Department of Transportation, and the various state and federal agencies which regulate the transportation industry.
