Responsibilities
- Operate and drive tractor trailer.
- Ensure timely delivery of freight to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes taken, and deliveries made.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
- Follow established routes while being adaptable to changes in delivery schedules or locations.
