Job Description
LVT Group Inc. is Hiring Experienced CDL A STEP DECK Drivers!
LVT Group Inc. is looking for experienced CDL A Reefer Drivers to join our OTR team. We offer competitive pay, consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable home time.
Pay & Earnings
  • 30%-32$ of gross
  • $3,000-$5,000 average weekly pay
  • 3,500–4,000 miles per week
  • Direct deposit every Friday
Home Time
  • 3 weeks out / 5 days home
  • 4 weeks out / 7 days home
  • Good, predictable home time
Job Details
  • OTR (All 48 states)
  • No-touch freight
  • 1099 position
  • Consistent miles and steady work
  • 2024–2026 Freightliner and Volvo trucks
  • Rider and pet policy available
  • Good, well-maintained equipment
Driver Requirements
  • Valid CDL Class A
  • 2+ years of CDL A driving experience
  • 2+ years of previous Open Deck or Heavy Haul experience
  • Clean MVR
  • No Major accidents in the last 3 years
  • No SAP
  • Clean Clearinghouse record
  • Reliable and safety-focused
