PAY & RAISES
Starting Base Pay: Up to $0.62 CPM
- First-Year Earnings: $80,000–$90,000
- Driver Premium: $0.25 CPM on miles over 2,400 per week
- Monthly Safety & Performance Bonus: $0.02 CPM

We believe our drivers should be rewarded for their experience and miles.
Pay Review Schedule:
- First Year: Two 1 CPM pay reviews
- Second Year: One 1 CPM pay review
- Third Year: One 1 CPM pay review
- Fourth Year & Beyond: Annual ½ CPM pay reviews
Automatic Pay Raises
Earn an additional ½ CPM raise every 50,000 paid miles until your base pay reaches:
- $0.65 CPM — Non-Hazmat
- $0.67 CPM — Hazmat
