Offering competitive hourly rates, a dependable schedule, and full employee benefits, Forward is hiring Class B or Non CDL Company Drivers in Carter Lake, Iowa to run local pick-up & delivery routes to our customers making 10-15 stops per day within a 200 mile radius of the terminal.

  • Class B Compensation: $23.30 / Hour + yearly merit increases 
  • Non CDL Compensation: $19.90 / Hour + yearly merit increases 
  • Consistent Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8AM – 6PM

Qualifications: 
  • 12 months of driving experience in the past 3 years 
  • Must be at least 23 years of age 
  • Strong commitment to safety 
  • Hazmat endorsement preferred
