Job Description

Want OTR earning potential without staying gone for weeks? CTI's East Regional fleet runs from Springfield, Missouri primarily into Illinois, Indiana and Ohio, then reloads and returns to Springfield. Most trips are 2–3 days out and back, giving drivers consistent refrigerated miles with frequent home time. Return to Springfield, take your time off, then head back out when you're ready to run.
Drivers operate 2022 and newer Peterbilt 579s equipped with Cummins engines, APUs, inverters and refrigerators. CTI offers Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance, a company-matched 401(k), weekly direct deposit, mileage-based vacation pay, rider and pet programs, and CTI pays the cost of obtaining required Hazmat credentials.
 
Job Requirements
 
  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
  • Local experience may be considered when supported by previous verifiable OTR experience
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Must be at least 23 years old
  • Must meet all CTI and DOT qualification requirements
  • Must be able to obtain Hazmat endorsement within 90 days of hire
  • Not eligible if previously enrolled in the DOT SAP program
  • Must communicate effectively with dispatch
