This opening is for drivers who currently live in the Las Vegas or Phoenix metro areas.

Requirements
- Currently reside in the Las Vegas or Phoenix metro area
- Valid CDL-A required
- At least 2 years of CDL-A driving experience required
- Clean driving record preferred
- Strong commitment to safety and reliable service
Available Opportunities
- OTR: Run assigned over-the-road lanes.
- Western 11: Haul freight throughout WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO, AZ, and NM.

Pay and Driver Protections
We believe drivers should be paid for their time. MC Carrier offers:
- Paid detention after two hours

Health and Retirement Benefits
Full-time drivers are eligible after a 60-day waiting period. Coverage starts on the first day of the following month.

What You’ll Do
- Safely haul dry van freight across assigned OTR or Western 11 lanes
- Deliver freight on time with a focus on safety and service
- Plan routes and manage hours of service efficiently
- Communicate with dispatch and operations
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation
- Represent MC Carrier professionally on every run
