East-West Express is looking for experienced CDL-A company driver teams to join our growing fleet!
Family-owned and operated since 1985, East-West Express specializes in coast-to-coast refrigerated freight. We offer consistent lanes, dependable miles, and a dedicated operations team focused on keeping our drivers moving.
We're looking for professional teams who want steady work, reliable equipment, and a company that values long-term relationships.
COMPETITIVE PAY & BONUSES
- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus per Team! ($1,500 per driver)
- Starting pay up to $0.73 per mile in combined team pay, split between drivers, based on experience
- PAID ON ALL MILES — LOADED & DEADHEAD! Same mileage rate whether you're loaded or empty.
- Includes $0.09 per mile in per diem (not additional to the $0.73)
- $1,000 Recruiting Referral Bonus for referring another team that joins East-West Express
- Average Weekly Miles: 5000-6000
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,300.00 per Driver, $3,600.00- $4,600.00 per Team

- Health Insurance: Company pays 50% of the base plan for drivers with 1–7 years of service and 80% after 8 years
