  • Pay: $26.91/hr.
  • $3,500 Sign-On Bonus ($1,500 at 60 days, $2,000 at 180 days)
  • Guaranteed 40 hours every week
  • Double time on weekends

We’re hiring CDL A & B drivers to operate mixer trucks delivering ready-mix concrete across The Lake Norman Region. Whether you’ve got experience or just earned your CDL, this is your chance to grow, learn, and build a career that moves you forward.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites across Lake Norman and nearby communities
  • Safely operate and maintain a mixer truck
  • Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure load quality
  • Handle chute operations and assist with unloading
  • Work closely with dispatch, contractors, and customers on-site
  • Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards at all times
