Empire National Inc. is hiring experienced CDL-A Local Drivers based in Charlotte, NC.
Pay & Schedule
- $0.70 CPM for shifts over 300 miles
- $250 minimum for shifts under 300 miles
- Typical shift: 11-14 hours
- Approximately 350-mile operating radius
- Home almost every night
What We Offer
- 2022-2026 semi equipment
- Weekly direct deposit every Friday
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus paid $500 per quarter for five quarters, subject to eligibility
- $20/hour detention pay after 2 hours, up to $100 per Pro #
- $75 local layover pay when applicable
- $25/hour standby-at-home pay when applicable
- Extra stop pay: +$50 for the 3rd approved stop, +$75 for the 4th,
- +$100 for the 5th and each additional qualifying stop. Dispatch confirmation required.
- $35 unload assistance when approved
- $30/hour mechanical assistance when approved
- $250 driver referral bonus
- $500-$1,000 annual bonus
- Company-paid Occupational Accident and Life & Disability Insurance after 6 months, subject to eligibility
