CDL A Truck Driver - Regional and Local Routes -No Touch Freight - Dedicated Equipment
  • Location: Chicago, IL
  • Type: Dedicated Regional and Local Routes
  • Regional:
    • $2,500 Sign On Bonus
    • .73 CPM
    • Pay: Annual Minimum Salary: $90,000 - Based upon miles ran (loaded or empty)
    • Home every weekend for a minimum 34-hour reset, with up to 72 hours at home weekly—no resets on the road
    • Average Miles: 2,400 miles per week (ranging from 2,200–2,800 miles)
    • Dedicated Run: Average 2,400 miles per week from Chicago, IL to MN/WI, ensuring steady income.
    • All loads from MN/WI 100% preloaded, return trips 75% drop & hook.
  • Local:
    • Pay: $25-$27.50/hour depending on experience.
    • Home every day (Monday–Friday schedule), operating a day cab for a healthy work-life balance
    • Average Hours: 45–55 hours per week

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for dedicated and professional CDL Class A Regional drivers to join our team. If you meet the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
  • CDL Class A License: A valid CDL Class A license is required to hit the road with us.
  • Experienced Drivers: At least 2 years of full-time CDL Class A experience within the past 3 years ensures you’re ready to handle the job confidently.
  • Safe Driving Record:
    • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months.
    • No more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months.
    • A clean record with no serious preventable accidents in the past 3 years.
  • Company-Sponsored DOT Physical: We’ll cover the cost of your DOT physical, both initially and for renewals as needed—one less expense for you!
  • Tech-Savvy: Use your smartphone to manage essential tasks like sending/receiving text messages and emails, scanning paperwork, and sharing photos as part of your daily routine.
