CDL-A OTR STEP DECK DRIVER | NEW DRIVERS AVERAGE $1,700–$2,200 WEEKLY At Kaiser Transport, every load is a puzzle: separate customers, different freight, multiple destinations. As deliveries come off, we work to fill that space again. That’s true LTL open deck—and it takes planning, securement skills, patience, and the ability to adapt. If you love being OTR and take pride in figuring things out, let’s talk. We provide training and experienced mentors to help you learn the Kaiser way. GET PAID FOR MORE THAN MILES • Our new drivers average $1,700–$2,200 per week. • New-driver annual earnings of $90,000–$110,000; top performers earn over $130,000. • $2,000 in training pay. • Paid for every pickup, delivery, tarp, and re-tarp. • Additional pay for yard nights, over-dimensional loads, fuel management, Canada trips, layovers, and holidays. HOME TIME—WITH OPTIONS Stay out three to four weeks. Drivers in our targeted hiring areas can take the truck home—or choose a company car or flight home (company paid!) EQUIPMENT AND BENEFITS • 2025 and newer 589 trucks with APU, inverter, and refrigerator. • Reitnouer step deck and double deck trailers with full securement gear. • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). • Pet and rider policy. • No hazmat freight. |

WHAT YOU NEED: • Class A CDL and at least two years of driving experience. • At least six months of open deck experience. • Strong securement, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Clean MVR, no OWI within five years, and TWIC. |
