Job Description
Schedule: Monday-Friday + opportunity to stop by home 1-2 times per week. Mileage Rate: 70 CPM Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 Permanent Min. Pay Guarantee: $1,300/Week Average Yearly Earnings: $73,000 Type: Dedicated Sparton; No-Touch Freight Operating Area: Barberton, OH to Lebanon, PA Experienced Drivers: 1.5-Day Orientation + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus + $500 First-Load Bonus New Drivers: 1-Week Paid Orientation + 2-Weeks Paid On-the-Job Training $25 Paid Stop-Off $20/Hour Paid Detention (after only 1 hour) Paid Vacation + Paid Holidays Medical, Vision, Dental, Short/Long-Term Disability, Company Paid Life Insurance, and 401K with employer match Pet Policy (no fee, no wait, and up to 2 pets at a time) Passenger Policy (no fee!) Job Requirements
DISCLAIMER: Paper Transport is not a Class A CDL School. Paper Transport does offer Finishing Program Training for candidates who have obtained their CDL and are ready to be trained. Have a Current Class A CDL For Drivers who begin orientation within 100 days from graduating from a certificated from an accredited truck driving school, 0 months experience required (eligible for 3-week paid finishing program) For Drivers with a certificate of completion from an accredited truck driving CDL school: 6+ months recent tractor-trailer experience required For Drivers without a certificate of completion from an accredited truck driving CDL school: 12+ months recent tractor-trailer experience required Refresher training available for candidates with more than two years experience and have been been out of the truck 2-5 years. No DUI/DWI or other alcohol-related convictions in the last 5 years
