Job Description
 Indianapolis CDL A Local Floater Driver – $30/hr + OT | Full-Time | Home Daily
ITDS Inc. is hiring a dependable CDL?A Local Fill In/Floater Driver to support our Indianapolis operations. Our floaters are the backbone of our service — stepping in where needed, keeping freight moving, and ensuring our customers are always covered.

Position Highlights
  • Monday–Friday
  • Various start/end times —  day shift
  • 48–50 hours/week on average
  • Full time, permanent position
  • Home daily
  • Covers routes for drivers out on vacation, illness, or leave
  • Cross trained on all local accounts
Pay & Benefits
  • $30.00 per hour
  • Overtime after 40 hours
  • Weekly direct deposit
  • 401(k)
  • Holiday pay starting Day 1
  • Vacation pay at 90 days

Job Requirements
  • 1 year of verifiable CDL-A tractor trailer driving experience
  • No more than 1 serious traffic violation within the last 3 years
  • No preventable collisions within the last 3 years involving: rear-end; rollover; work/construction zone related/occurrence
  • No more than 3 moving violations within the last 3 years; no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
