Service Manager (for Diesel Mechanic Shop)
Romeoville, IL 60446

Salary Range:
$80,000-$85,000
- Direct and manage activities that provide value added service in the most effective and efficient manner to ensure organizational goals are met
- Generate, complete, and monitor relevant internal and external operational documentation on a regularly defined basis
- Ensure employees are educated and trained to follow all company and safety policies and procedures, including ensuring possession and knowledge of proper usage of required tools and gear
- Ensure DOT, OSHA, and EPA compliance including continuing education in hazard communications and training
- Ensure assigned maintenance facility and shop vehicles are clean and maintained to Aim National ease standards
- Coordination of customer equipment repair and maintenance

Job Requirements
|
- 3+ years of experience in the trucking industry, management or related field
- Mechanical background in the transportation industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
