Job Description
TA Dedicated is hiring professional CDL-A local truck drivers to join our Dedicated Ecolab division in Joliet, IL. In this role, you’ll primarily shuttle trailers between Ecolab facilities, with some spotting based on customer needs. Drivers operate day cab equipment, enjoy a consistent set schedule, and are home daily. This position pays hourly, with time-and-a-half pay for all overtime hours worked.

CDL-A Truck Drivers Enjoy:
  • Home Daily
  • $28.00 per hour
  • Overtime Pay: Time and a half for all hours worked over 40 in a workweek
  • $500 New Hire Transition Bonus, paid in full on your second paycheck
  • $3,000 Referral Bonus for each qualified driver referred
  • Paid Orientation: $250 per day for two days
  • Local Routes: Spotting and shuttling trailers within the Joliet, IL area

Job Requirements
CDL-A Truck Driver Requirements:
  • Hazmat endorsement required
  • Tanker endorsement required
  • Minimum 21 years old
  • Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
  • Valid CDL-A
  • DOT Qualified 
  • Must pass a comprehensive drug test
  • Satisfactory safety and employment history
