Atomic Transport is a leader in the Bulk Waste Hauling Industry. We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager in the Louisville, KY location. Atomic Transport operates a fleet of over 350 tractors and 600 trailers! Our fleet consists of Kenworth’s, Freightliners, and Macks. Consistent M-F schedule, rotational Saturdays, ability to work early morning and evening depending on the location needs.
- Prioritize and schedule daily shop operations.
- Assist technicians with vehicle repairs as needed.
- Good communication skills with technicians and drivers a must.
- Work with vendors for competitive pricing and parts availability.
- Create a culture of safety.
- Knowledge of diagnostic software.
- Knowledge of exhaust after-treatment systems.
- Good problem solver.
- Ensure all planned maintenance guidelines are met.
- Schedule outside repairs as needed.
- Basic knowledge of wheel-loaders, skid steers, excavators.
- CDL license a plus.
- Basic hand tools required.
