Job Description
Account Supervisor-Logistics Cranberry Township, PA Salary Range: $58,000 - $62,000 This position works with management to drive solutions that improve customer service and reduce transportation costs. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing all operation execution for a premier dedicated contract customer within the Cranberry Township/Pittsburgh area. Customer service, driver management, on-time delivery and problem-solving skills are the key components to this role. Responsible for routing and driver performance: route planning, staffing levels/freight volume forecasting and equipment availability Ensure standard operating procedure Directly involved with daily workflow including route assignments Manage communication with the customer and drivers (delivery and/or back haul locations) Prepare required reports for Aim management Comply with DOT regulations and Aim policies

Job Requirements
