Job Description
CDL A EXTRA BOARD DRIVER
FirstFleets Birmingham, AL location is hiring for Local CDL A casual drivers. This position would cover vacations, extra loads, call ins etc and will be needed for day and night positions. 




PAY
  • Extra Board drivers will average $1200+ per week average
  • No scheduled off days for extra board but will have off days each week
  • Extra board drivers will cover extra loads, vacations, etc
  • Extra Board drivers will have 1st option to open runs as they become available. 
JOB
  • Day Cab runs consisting of some drop and hook runs and some live unload positions of rolling off Bakery products.

Job Requirements
FirstFleet is interested in dependable, safety-minded professional drivers

FirstFleet basic driver Qualifications include:
Minimum of 21 years of age
Class A CDL from your state of residence
One year verifiable experience
No DUI/DWI convictions within past 5 years
No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past three years.
