Job Description
SHAFFER TRUCKING  IS HIRING DRIVERS FOR OTR ROUTES 
HOME 2 FULL WEEKEND DAYS
DRY VAN OR REEFER 

Truck Drivers on this fleet will start out making $.63 or $.66 per practical mile and can expect to be home weekends. 
  • Top Drivers Earn up to $80,132 Per Year
  • Earn up to $1,541 Per Week
  • 63 to 66 CPM Average
  • $11.5 Million towards employee profit sharing in 2025

Job Requirements
Valid CDL A License
ONE year+ driving experience within last two years
Five or less jobs in the last 10 years
No DOT preventable in the last year
Three or less preventable accidents in the last five years
No major CDL violations in the last year
Less than three citations in the last five years
