Job Description
Flatbed LEASE PURCHASE! $2,700-$3,300 weekly take home AFTER fuel and all deductions!
C1 is looking to expand our fleet, and we are looking for experienced CDL-A drivers like you!
  • 80% of total gross line haul pay, increasing by 1% per year
  • $8,000-$13,000 weekly total gross revenue average
  • $2,700-$3,300 weekly take home after fuel and all deductions!
  • OTR, 2 weeks out minimum, 2-3 days home
2 years CDL-A driving experience required. Previous flatbed driving experience preferred but not required.

Additional lease details:
  • 2022-2025 mixed bag of trucks (Freightliner, Volvo, and Kenworth) with factory 250,000 mile warranty for engine and after treatment
  • 7:1 Truck to Dispatcher ratio, commission-based to maximize your revenue
  • Factory 250,000 mile warranty for engine and aftertreatment
     
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL over-the-road driving experience required
  • Clean safety record
  • Experience hauling flatbed freight preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
Weekly Deductions:
  • Truck Weekly Lease Payment $800
  • Cargo And Liability Insurance: $400 weekly
  • Securement Equipment: $100 weekly (this will be paid off at $2,500 in total and the
    securement equipment is yours to keep!)
  • Physical Damage Insurance: $150 weekly
  • Registration: $60 weekly
  • Maintenance Program: 18 cents for the miles your run weekly. Depending on truck year and miles. (average
    $500-$550 weekly)
  • Fuel: unfixed amount (typically an average fuel cost is between $1200-$1700 weekly)
  • Tolls: varies on route driver takes
Monthly Deductions:
  • Occupational Insurance: $200
  • Prepass: $20
  • ELD: $75
  • Offsite parking (if needed) $250
  • ELD deposit of $250 (one time charge, fully refundable)
Other deductions:
  • IFTA: (quarterly) typically between $200-$500
  • Highway Taxes: $600 yearly
  • Permits (NY/NM/KY/OR/IFTA STICKER): $50 one time.
  • Driver legal plan (optional) $13.33 per month
