Job Responsibility:
- fully comprehend hydraulic and electrical schematics with a history of successful troubleshooting and technical experience.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot fuel systems, electrical systems, hydraulic systems.
- Ability to diagnose and repair issues with Pins, Linkage, and Bushings.
- ability to repair various types of equipment. These include but are not limited to Volvo wheel loaders, excavators, skid steers etc.
- Perform PM’s, general maintenance.
- Repairs on trucks and trailers.
- PMs on trucks & Trailers.
- Knowledge of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems.
- Knowledge of engine diagnostic software.
- Conduct regular maintenance and service trucks.
- Diagnose problems and plan repairs.
- Perform road-side service calls.
- Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks.
- Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.
- Any Columbia or Phelps landfill tipper maintenance experience is a plus.
