Job Description
  • Primary function is aluminum welding & fabrication in trailer repair shop
  •  Perform minor and major repairs on aluminum open-top trailers.
  •  Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on aluminum open-top trailers.
  •  Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  •  Diagnose problems and plan repairs.
  •  Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks.
  •  Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.
  •  The ability to work as a team or in a solo setting.
  •  Must have own basic hand tools.
  •  Specialty and larger tools will be provide

  • Hourly pay from $25/hr. to $28/hr., based on experience, tools, and certifications.

Job Requirements
  • 1 year experience as a welder, mechanic, or fabricator.
  •  A valid driver’s license is required, CDL-A is a plus.
  •  Ability to work early morning and/or evening.
  •  Welding experience is recommended, aluminum welding experience is a plus.
  • We require a pre-employment background check.
  •  We conduct pre-employment and yearly MVR checks.
  •  We require a pre-employment drug screen.
  •  We conduct random drug screens within the FMCSA compliance guidelines.
