Job Description
Service Manager- Diesel Facility Napoleon, OH Salary Range: Up to $70,000 (Based on Experience) Direct and manage activities that provide value added service in the most effective and efficient manner to ensure organizational goals are met Generate, complete, and monitor relevant internal and external operational documentation on a regularly defined basis Ensure employees are educated and trained to follow all company and safety policies and procedures, including ensuring possession and knowledge of proper usage of required tools and gear Ensure DOT, OSHA, and EPA compliance including continuing education in hazard communications and training Ensure assigned maintenance facility and shop vehicles are clean and maintained to Aim National ease standards Coordination of customer equipment repair and maintenance We are on Newsweek’s list of Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® for 2024. Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in the trucking industry, management or related field CDL -A Preferred Excellent communication skills Aim Transportation Solutions is 26th on Transport Topics’ Top 50 Dedicated Contract Carrier Rankings.
