CDL A TRUCK DRIVER TANKER GUARANTEED WEEKLY MINIMUM PAY Tidewater Transit has an opening for a CDL A Tanker Driver with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement based out of one of their SC and NC locations. This is a Pro Plan Position. PRO PLAN CDL A HAZMAT TANKER DRIVERS EARN A MINIMUM $1,750 PER WEEK GROSS. EARN $1,750 PER WEEK DURING TRAINING Loading and Offloading May Be Required Pro Plan Drivers Receive Full Benefits Pro Plan Drivers Qualify for 401k and Profit Sharing Pro Plan Drivers Enjoy: Vacation Pay Holiday Pay Eligible for Tuition Reimbursement ABOUT TIDEWATER TRANSIT Family-owned and operated since 1949, Tidewater Transit has been leading the industry in CDL-A Hazmat/Tanker liquid and dry bulk transportation. We have physical terminals in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas, as well as Central Dispatch for those CDL A Hazmat Tanker Drivers living outside of those states! This position will be out of Kingsport, TN. |

Must be at least 23 years old (Required) OTR - up to 1 month Possess Only One CDL-A, Issued in the State of Residence (Required) At least 2 Years CDL-A Experience driving with chemical and/or pneumatic tank (Required) Possess a Tanker Endorsement (Required) Possess a HazMat Endorsement (Required) Possess a Passport (required) Possess a Respirator Certification and Pulmonary Fit & Function Test (required) Possess a Transportation Worker’s Identification Card (TWIC) (required) Possess a DOT Medical Certification With No Waivers (required) Pass a DOT Physical and Drug Screen Ability to Read, Write, and Speak the English Language (Required) |
