Rush Expediting, a local family-owned logistics company, is seeking an employee CDL or Non-CDL box truck driver for immediate hire in the Cincinnati area. Rush offers local and regional routes, servicing many of the same customers daily, and our drivers are home every night. You could earn, on average, $52,000+/year!
- Non-CDL - $1,166 per week avg
- $22/hr + OT hours after 50 paid at $33.00/hr (based on a 52-54 hour work week)
- CDL-B - $1,272 per week avg
- $24/hr + OT hours after 50 paid at $36.00/hr (based on a 52-54 hour work week)
- $1,000 Sign On Bonus - starts as soon as 2 weeks after hire!
- Usually Mon-Fri daytime hours, occasional weekend hours may apply for additional pay.
- VERFIABLE 2 years of 24'-26' box truck driving experience in the last 5 years.

Minimum of 18 months of verifiable experience, in the last 3 years with no more than 3 employers, driving a 24'-26' box truck.
No speeding tickets more than 15mph over the posted speed limit in the past 3 years
- Valid drivers license
- Must live within a reasonable commute (no more than 30 - 40 minutes) from our terminal
- HazMat and Tank endorsement preferred but not required to apply. Drivers must obtain HazMat endorsement within 3-6 months of employment (cost fully reimbursed by Rush)
- Pass pre-employment DOT drug screen
- DOT Medical Card
- Must have a clean MVR and CSA score – no more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months or 3 in the past 3 years
- Willing to do retail store deliveries with early morning start times (3am - 6am start), when necessary
- Be able to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds with no assistance
- Have a positive attitude and provide great customer service to our customers
