YMX Logistics is seeking a reliable CDL-A Shuttle Driver to safely transport freight between customer and distribution center locations. This role is critical to maintaining on-time deliveries, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service while complying with all DOT and company safety standards.

What You'll Do
- Safely operate CDL-A shuttle vehicles and yard tractors in compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Transport trailers and freight between customer, warehouse, and distribution center locations.
- Move and position trailers within the yard to support loading, unloading, and operational efficiency.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and promptly report maintenance or repair needs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse personnel, customers, and fellow drivers.
- Accurately complete required paperwork, inspection reports, logs, and delivery documentation.
- Provide professional and courteous service while representing YMX Logistics.
- Follow all hours-of-service requirements, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Identify and resolve transportation challenges to maintain service and delivery schedules.
- Assist with basic equipment upkeep, including fueling and routine vehicle checks.
- Work collaboratively with operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient freight movement.
- Maintain excellent attendance, reliability, and punctuality.

Physical Requirements
- Sit and operate equipment for extended periods
- Frequently enter and exit truck cabs
- Bend, twist, reach, and climb as needed
- Walk throughout the yard during inspections
- Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
- Maintain visual awareness, including depth perception and color recognition
Work Environment
- Primarily outdoor work environment
- Exposure to varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice
- Exposure to moving equipment and diesel-powered vehicles
- Safety-focused work environment requiring adherence to company protocols
