COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Average weekly mileage: 3,000+ miles.
- PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
- Compensation for loads is based on a Monday-to-Monday cycle.
- Direct deposit is processed every Friday, with a one-week hold after the first delivery.
- Payment statements are made available every Wednesday.
- TRAVEL & ORIENTATION:
- Flight will be provided after successful drug test completion.
- One-day orientation (drivers must report to the office by 10:00 AM).
- OPERATIONS & HOME TIME:
- Coverage in 48 states, including New York (excluding NYC and South Florida).
- Flatbed drivers residing in Tampa, Miami, etc., cannot take company trucks home (travel at their own expense).
- OTR schedule: 3-4 weeks on duty, followed by 3-4 days of home time.
- DRUG TESTING POLICY:
- Drug tests are conducted remotely (zip code required).
- Hotel expenses covered for in-office testing if necessary.
