Local Delivery Driver – Full-Time
Halo Logistics is a fast-growing logistics company dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality delivery services. We are seeking full-time W-2 delivery drivers in the Springfield, OR area who are dependable, safety-focused, and customer-oriented.
Position Highlights
- Pay: $16.30–$17.50/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts
- Paid Sick Leave
- Weekly Pay
- Local Routes Only – Home Daily
- W-2 Employee Status
- Company Van Provided – No personal vehicle required
Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload light cargo, ensuring items are properly secured
- Drive assigned local routes while following all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service and address delivery-related questions professionally
- Accurately complete delivery logs and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to safely and efficiently load/unload cargo
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with local routes and navigation is a plus
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
